5 Reasons to Strengthen Your Core 


As a mom of 5 boys, I know how important it is to keep your core strong. After my second little guy, I had tremendous back pain! 

Luckily, at the time I had a great chiropractor who realized that my transverse abdominus muscles were not firing. I got a referral for physical therapy and learned a ton about the all of the muscles that make up your core and the various roles that they play. 

This knowledge came in handy after the birth of my third son and then the twins!
